We are a network dedicated to senior professionals in finance, passionate about driving diversity. Positioned as an accelerator of gender equality in finance, we bring together a tribe of senior profiles in financial services to accelerate the sector’s transformation in France and beyond. We believe in the benefits of having a greater share of women's leadership. We are active in banking, insurance, asset management, hedge fund and private equity.

We focus on senior women to initiate the change we want to see in financial services. Our DNA is European and we leverage our highly established sister networks: the UK WIBF network (with over 80 Corporate sponsors and partners) and the WIF Belgium network to source mentors and speakers.
