Last week, in partnership with Societe Generale Private Banking - SGPB, Women In Finance France was thrilled to bring together our vibrant community for an inspiring panel discussion on the theme of Resilience & Performance.

In today’s world, resilience is more important than ever, explored from countless angles. At Women in Finance France, we wanted to dive deeper into this topic from the perspective of successful leaders in finance, exploring how resilience is a key driver of both performance and long-term success.

Our esteemed panelists – Aurore Gaspar, Emilie CHAUVET, Claire BOURGEOIS, Daniel Collignon, and Mathieu Vedrenne – shared personal insights on how recognizing the importance of resilience in one’s own performance is a deeply individual journey. They also highlighted how developing personal resilience is empowering, not just for oneself, but for the entire team.

Leading their teams with resilience as a core value, each panelist emphasized how fostering collective resilience is a catalyst for performance and achievement.
