We focus on women to initiate the change we want to see in financial services. Our DNA is European and we leverage our highly established sister networks — the UK WIBF network (with over 30 Corporate sponsors and partners) and the WIF Belgium network — to source mentors and speakers of the highest calibre.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply?

WIF France brings together the most women in European finance. Applicants must meet at least one of the following professional criteria.

C-Suite Executive
CEO, CFO, COO, CRO, CIO, CLO or equivalent C-level position in a financial services firm or corporate.
Managing Director / ED
Managing Director or Executive Director at a global bank, asset manager, insurer, or financial institution.
15+ Years Experience
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in financial services, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
P&L Responsibility
Direct management of a P&L, a business line, or leading a major corporate function (Legal, HR, Finance, Risk, Strategy).
Advisory / Board Role
Board director, non-executive director, or advisor at a financial institution or fintech with significant AUM or revenue.
DEI Commitment
Active commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion, with willingness to share expertise and mentor within the WIF community.
What Happens Next

The Selection Process

You complete and submit the online application form. A confirmation is sent to your email immediately.

Committee Review
The WIF membership committee reviews your profile against our eligibility criteria and will contact you once your application has been assessed.

Introductory Call
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a 30-minute call with one of the WIF co-founders or advisors.

Welcome to WIF
Accepted members are formally welcomed and gain immediate access to events, the directory and all WIF programs.
