Sir Ronald Cohen, Caroline P., Fannie Wurtz, Julia Reinaud, Rémi Said, a huge thank you for sharing your perspectives and experiences.

Event

"Now is no longer the time to talk about the value of ESG impact. We live in a time when we must take responsibility for securing our future. You, today's leaders, have a pivotal role in the implementation of a sustainable society."

This is how Sir Ronald Cohen introduced our panel.
A real call to action for our audience of more than 150 leaders in finance.

Some anchor points for sustainable leadership - which will bring about the transformation of organizations:

Transparency: Adopting a relevant narrative is key to building a culture of transparency. Leaders need to communicate clearly and authentically about their actions and impacts, in order to gain the trust of stakeholders.

Skills: As the evolution of the role of the Chief Sustainability Officer shows, it is crucial that leaders engage in continuous learning to stay at the forefront of sustainability best practices. Training and skills development are pillars for driving change within organizations.

Influence: Being connected to all stakeholders is a must. Leaders need to connect with employees, customers, investors, regulators, and the broader community. This influence helps to mobilize the necessary resources and create a lasting positive impact.

A big thank you to our partner HSBC, Jean-Manuel Richier and Caroline P. for having received us wonderfully and for their historical involvement with Women In Finance France!

Thank you to our community who enriched the exchanges. Congratulations to the Women In Finance France dream team for the development and organization of this event!
