BIOGRAPHY - Fabienne has more than 20 years of international experience in financial services, combining a career in strategy consulting and as a senior executive in Private Banking. She is currently a Partner with EY in business consulting and is in charge of the Wealth and Asset Management sector in France.
She started her career in London joining Booz and Company (now Strategy&) where she became a Principal working with global clients in retail banking, wealth management and life & pensions. In 2010 she joined Coutts, the top UK Private Bank, as Managing Director for Strategy, M&A and Change and in 2012 she was mandated to lead and transform the affluent segment of Royal Bank of Scotland. Passionate about human nature, she co-founded in 2018 Ampersand Partners, an independent management consulting boutique specialised in transformation in FS and developed executive coaching expertise, working with senior leaders on leadership development programs.
Fabienne is a natural-born people connector and community builder, with a strength in bringing people together. As President of Women in Finance she believes that making progress on gender equality at senior level is a fundamental move that will drive better business performance and propel sustainable growth in an increasingly diverse financial services sector.
Fabienne graduated from HEC, Paris in 1997 and obtained her MBA at INSEAD in 2000. She is a gold standard Executive Coach accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Outside of work, Fabienne loves art, ballet and boxing. She also works as a board advisor to start-ups. She is an angel investor and supports female-founded, technology start-ups.
