She then took on the challenge of developing Lombard Odier as a truly global franchise. Today, she advises entrepreneurs and business leaders in their strategy, business development and transformation challenges.

Interested and engaged in global geopolitical issues, Anne-Sophie has led the development of 2 Think Tanks under the patronage of France’s President Francois Hollande - Thinkers&Doers of the Arab World (celebrating positive initiatives of the Arab civil societies) and Women In Africa (economically empowering women on the African Continent). For the past 5 years, Anne-Sophie is a "Maître de conférence” and an active contributor to the X-HEC Masters in Entrepreneurship curriculum.

As a co-founder of Women In Finance and Head of its Strategy and Development, Anne-Sophie is a true believer that accelerating gender equality in leadership roles in Finance has a deep impact that goes beyond the Financial Sector: it positively affects society economically and socially.

Anne-Sophie graduated from Science Pô Paris (Economy and Finance Majors) in 1991 and her Masters Degree in Strategy and Marketing, in the same institution, in 1993. Since then, she trained as an advanced Design Thinking Practitioner with IDEO and is currently finalising her Systemic Coach Certification (ORSC).
During her free time, Anne-Sophie is engaged in pro-bono mentoring to young students and is always keen to attend live concerts - more generally performing arts.
